This D.R. Horton location in Riverview City has been appreciated by those who have visited. The nice neighborhood surrounding the community is a great plus. The quality of the location is not clear from the feedbacks but it has been praised by some. The pricing is considered good by many who have seen it. D.R. Horton is known for building new homes in many communities, including Hawaii. The home floor plans, houses under construction, and move-in ready homes available at this location are worth checking out. Some people have been happy with the developments they see here. However, the lack of clear quality standards is a point to consider. The office community has been visited by delivery workers from food delivery services, but they haven't provided much information about it. Overall, it's a place worth checking out, but some aspects need further clarification. The collaboration with Avondale at South Fork is also notable.
