This location offers a wide variety of services including on-site parking and wheel chair accessible entrance. The staff is highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you have a great experience. The business is active in promoting discounts to active military personnel and offers a variety of payment options including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The only issue I have with this location is the overcharging of fuel fees and hidden concession fees on your bill after the fact. A review mentioned a problem with the original car they rented, which resulted in a lengthy and confusing process to get a replacement vehicle.Despite this issue, the majority of the reviews were extremely positive, praising the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the vehicles, and the overall value for the money. Several reviewers mentioned that they had rented from other locations in the past but found this location to be the best. One reviewer mentioned that they had to deal with a manager who was unhelpful and unprofessional. Another reviewer had a problem with the original car they rented, which resulted in a lengthy and confusing process to get a replacement vehicle.Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free and affordable rental experience.
