The business appears to be a decent option for those seeking a furnished apartment building. The property is wheelchair accessible, with both the parking lot and entrance accommodating individuals with mobility issues. The extended stay rentals offer flexibility in living arrangements, which may be appealing to those in need of temporary housing. However, the quality of the living spaces could be improved upon. Some minor issues with maintenance and cleanliness have been reported. Despite this, the business has implemented high-touch service, which shows a commitment to customer satisfaction. The pricing for the furnished apartments is competitive, making it a more attractive option for those seeking a temporary place to live. The business's approach to innovation, offering flexible living arrangements and unparalleled amenities, is noteworthy. One area for improvement is the consistency of the cleaning and maintenance services, as some areas of the property may require additional attention. This is the one notable area that could be refined to provide an even better experience for residents.
