This location appears to be a reputable and reliable choice for short-term apartment rentals. The real estate agency has a good overall reputation, and the quality of the apartments seems to be quite high, with comfortable amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. However, the pricing could be more competitive to attract a wider range of clients. The accessibility features of the location are a significant plus, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot available for visitors. The co-branding with Avatar Tree Vacation Villas and Homes suggests a partnership with a well-established company in the vacation rental industry. One thing to note is that the lack of price transparency and flexibility may be a drawback for some clients, making it difficult to find an option that suits their budget. Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for those looking for short-term apartment rentals in the area.
