This location has a fairly good reputation, but there are some areas that need improvement. The maintenance team is great, but there have been some issues with dishonest management and poor communication. Some tenants have reported that their problems were not addressed in a timely manner, and there have been instances of misrepresentation and lack of transparency. However, the location has a nice pool and is generally clean and well-maintained. The parking is also convenient, with on-site parking available. Unfortunately, the management team's handling of certain situations has been unprofessional, and some tenants have felt disrespected or ignored. It is worth noting that there have been some reports of pests and maintenance issues, which have not been adequately addressed. Overall, this location could be a good choice for those who are looking for a clean and convenient place to live, but may not be the best option for those who value transparency and professional management. It is worth being cautious and doing your research before making a decision.
