This store is a go-to destination for drivers in the area. The excellent staff, including store manager Vicky, are always happy to help with any car-related issue. They have a wide selection of car parts and accessories, and the store is well-organized and clean. Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff, who go above and beyond to ensure that customers have a seamless shopping experience. The store is also open on weekends, making it convenient for customers to visit. However, there is one area that could be improved upon - the staff's attention to certain customers' needs. There have been instances where customers have felt ignored or neglected while waiting in line or seeking assistance. This could be a result of high demand or inadequate staffing, but it's essential to address this issue to provide a better experience for all customers.Overall, the store offers excellent customer service, a wide selection of products, and convenient shopping hours. With a few adjustments to ensure that every customer receives the attention they deserve, this store can continue to thrive as a leading destination for drivers in the area.
