AutoZone location in Englewood is a great place to visit for all your automotive needs. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of car parts and accessories. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help customers find what they need. One customer had a great experience with a helpful employee named Mike, who not only found the correct part but also helped install it. Another customer praised the staff for being extremely kind and having great customer service skills. The store also offers great prices on products, with one customer mentioning that they were able to save $20 by shopping at AutoZone instead of a competitor. However, there have been some issues with customer service. One customer had a negative experience with a staff member who was unnecessarily rude about assisting with a wiper replacement. Another customer mentioned that the staff seemed preoccupied behind the counter and could be more attentive to customers. Overall, the AutoZone location in Englewood seems to be a reliable and helpful resource for car owners in the area. With a wide selection of products and knowledgeable staff, it's a great place to visit for all your automotive needs.
