One customer mentioned that a sales associate, Marc Anthony, was "impeccable" and helped them find the exact parts they needed. Another customer praised the manager, Aaron, for being "phenomenal" and helping them fix a piece from under their bumper. However, not all customers have had a positive experience. One customer mentioned that the store's manager was "rude" and "arrogant" on the phone. Another customer complained about the store's pricing, saying that it was "pricey" and that they had to pay twice for labor costs due to a faulty alternator. The store has a variety of features, including a recycling program for batteries, quick visit planning, and in-store shopping, pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup services. They also offer a range of car accessories and parts.Overall, the store seems to have a good reputation, but there are some areas for improvement. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, but some customers have had issues with pricing and customer service. The store's features are convenient and range from recycling to quick visit planning.
