I had a mixed experience at this AutoZone location. The store is well-maintained and has a wide selection of auto parts. The staff is generally helpful, but I encountered some issues with customer service. One employee seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which made my experience frustrating. However, another employee went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my car. I appreciate the convenience of being able to rent tools and get help with installations. The store is clean and organized, but the checkout process was slow. I was surprised to find that they didn't have some of the parts I needed, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this location to others, but I would also suggest being prepared for some variability in customer service.
One major issue I encountered was with a manager named David, who was unhelpful and seemed more interested in pointing customers in the direction of the aisles rather than assisting them. This made me feel like I was on my own to find what I needed, which was not what I expected from a customer service-focused store like AutoZone. I hope that the management team will take steps to improve customer service and provide better training for their employees. Despite this issue, I will continue to shop at this location because of the helpfulness of other employees and the convenience of the store.
