Autoplus USA LLC is a reliable destination for those seeking quality used cars and repair services. The business boasts a well-organized inventory and a knowledgeable sales staff, ensuring a smooth car-buying experience. While the prices might be slightly higher than some other dealerships, the value received is well worth it. However, some issues have been reported with the quality of certain vehicles, leading to potential frustration for customers. Overall, Autoplus USA LLC is a great option for those in the market for a used car, with a welcoming atmosphere and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The business's LGBTQ+ friendly environment and wheelchair accessibility features are notable advantages, contributing to a comfortable and inclusive experience for all visitors. Alec, a standout salesman, is praised for his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for customers. However, it appears that some vehicles may have pre-existing issues that are not disclosed, which can lead to costly repairs down the line. Overall, Autoplus USA LLC is a solid choice for those looking for a trustworthy dealership, but it's essential to be aware of potential quality control issues and to carefully review the vehicle's history before making a purchase.
