I visited the AutoNation Honda Clearwater Service Center multiple times and had a mostly positive experience. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some exceptions. My service advisor, Braedan, was very knowledgeable and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. However, there was one instance where I felt that the staff did not follow through on a commitment. I had mentioned to the service advisor that I was in a hurry to pick up my vehicle, and they assured me that it would be ready by a certain time. Unfortunately, it was not ready on time, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. I was also not informed about some additional work that was done on my vehicle, which I only discovered when I picked it up.The service center is well-maintained and clean, with a comfortable waiting area. The staff is also accommodating and willing to work with customers to find solutions to problems.One notable issue I had was with the service advisor's communication. In one instance, I asked them to call me when my vehicle was ready, but they did not follow through on this request.
