Automobiles Sunset LLC is a reliable used car dealer with a strong reputation for excellent customer service. The staff, including Paul and Roman, are patient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers feel comfortable and confident in their purchase decisions. They are honest and transparent in their dealings, making it easy for customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs and budget. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of high-quality used cars on the lot. While the selection may not be the largest, the cars that are available are thoroughly vetted and come with a guarantee of their quality. A notable issue is the lack of transparency in their pricing policies, making it difficult for customers to compare prices and make an informed decision. The owner's willingness to go to the DMV with a customer to register their new vehicle demonstrates a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff is knowledgeable about the cars they sell and are happy to answer any questions or concerns that customers may have. The online presence is professional and easy to navigate, making it simple for customers to find the information they need. Overall, Automobiles Sunset LLC is a trustworthy and reliable option for anyone in the market for a used car.
