This business location seems to have a decent reputation among customers. The overall rating of 4.2 suggests a mix of positive and negative experiences, but overall, customers seem to be satisfied. The quality of the service and the wash is high, with many customers commenting on the excellent attention to detail and the thorough cleaning of their vehicles. However, some customers have reported issues with the pricing, suggesting that it may be a bit on the higher side. Some customers have praised the business for its attention to detail, with one customer stating that their car looked like "new money" after a visit. Others have commented on the friendly and welcoming staff, with one customer noting that the team members were "extremely polite and hardworking." However, some customers have reported issues with the wait time, with one customer stating that they had to wait over an hour for their car to be washed. One issue that stands out is the lack of attention to detail in some cases, with one customer reporting that their car was not thoroughly cleaned and had to be finished on their own. Another customer reported that the staff did not take responsibility for damaging their vehicle, which is a major concern.Overall, this business location seems to have a decent reputation, but there are some areas for improvement. With attention to detail and better communication with customers, this business could improve its overall rating and provide a more positive experience for its customers.
