This business location has a very high rating overall, with most clients being extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the prices. However, there is a slight drop in the innovativeness score, which may indicate that the business could be more forward-thinking and adapt to new technologies or trends in the industry. The business offers a wide range of services, including auto repair, car accessories, and home aircon repair, which suggests that they are a one-stop-shop for various needs. The fact that they accept NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards makes it convenient for clients to pay for their services. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, which makes it inclusive for people with disabilities. The working hours are also reasonable, with the business being open from Monday to Friday, and half a day on Saturday. The owners and staff seem to be very professional, honest, and customer-oriented, with many clients praising their attention to detail, expertise, and friendly service. Some clients have mentioned that the prices are reasonable, and that they are willing to work with clients to find solutions to their car problems. However, there is one issue that needs to be addressed. One client had a negative experience with the business, stating that they returned their truck in worse shape than it was when they received it, with several issues including a leaking power steering system, unsecured battery terminals, and a broken transmission solenoid. This issue needs to be looked into and addressed to ensure that it does not happen again.Overall, this business location has a high rating and is a reliable option for clients looking for auto repair and home aircon repair services. However, they need to work on improving their innovativeness and addressing the one negative issue that has been reported.
