The quality of service is exceptional, with all reviewers praising the meticulous attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism of Mike, the owner and detailer. He takes pride in his work, ensuring that every vehicle looks like new, and goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients.Mike's communication skills are also highlighted in the reviews, with many customers appreciating his upfront pricing, timely scheduling, and courtesy. The convenience of mobile detailing is also a major advantage, allowing customers to schedule services at their own home or location. While some reviewers mention that Mike is in high demand and may have limited availability, this is not seen as a significant issue. The prices of the services are considered fair and reasonable, and many reviewers have recommended Auto Elegance to friends and family. One minor issue that was raised in one review is the lack of communication when Mike had to cancel an appointment, but this was not seen as a significant problem.
