The business has a mixed reputation, with some customers praising its quality of work and affordability, while others express disappointment with the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. The company operates in the construction and development, landscape design, and lawn care service sectors, serving the Lakeland City area. It is possible to contact them via phone (+18638045066) or through their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AustinLawnServiceLakeland), where they provide free quotes for their services. The company's working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and Sunday from 12:00 to 16:00. There were instances where customers reported rude driving behavior and unresponsiveness, which may be an area of improvement for the business. On the other hand, some customers appreciated the friendly owner and reliable services. Overall, it seems that the company could work on providing more consistent and professional service to its customers.
