This location has a generally low rating, which is supported by a large number of poor reviews. The issues mainly concern the quality of the products, with many customers reporting that the pretzels were old, burnt, or not fresh. Some reviewers also mentioned that the service was poor, with employees seeming to be disinterested or even rude. A few reviewers noted that the location was understaffed or that the staff were inexperienced, which may have contributed to the problems. However, it's also worth noting that some reviewers did mention that the food was sometimes good, especially when it was fresh. Overall, this location seems to have a lot of problems that need to be addressed. One major issue that was reported by several reviewers was the rudeness and poor customer service of the employees. This was highlighted by a few instances of employees refusing to make new pretzels, or being dismissive of customers' complaints.Another issue was the high prices, which some reviewers felt were not justified by the quality of the food. However, the worst issue that was reported was the burnt and old food. It seems like some employees do not care about the quality of the food.
