The Augie's Mobile R.V. Repair and Service LLC is located at Building 3339, Milligan St Street, in Spring Hill City. This RV repair shop has gained a high reputation among customers for its quality service. The staff, including Adrian and Alexis, are known for being kind, hardworking, and genuinely concerned about the customer's needs. They take the time to explain the issues with the RV and the necessary repairs, making customers feel at ease. The shop's working hours are available 24/7, which is convenient for customers who may have unexpected problems with their RVs. The fact that they offer appointments is also a plus, as it allows customers to plan ahead and get their RVs repaired at a time that suits them. The staff at Augie's Mobile R.V. Repair and Service LLC are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. They are able to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently, and their prices are fair considering the quality of work they provide. They are also flexible and can accommodate unexpected issues that may arise. One issue that stands out is that not all customers have been satisfied with the shop's communication. Some have reported not receiving a response after leaving a message. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, and the shop has apologized for the inconvenience and promised to do better in the future. Overall, Augie's Mobile R.V. Repair and Service LLC is a reputable and trustworthy RV repair shop that offers high-quality service at a fair price. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely concerned about the customer's needs. While there may be some room for improvement in terms of communication, the shop's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses.
