I visited Auge Landscape Maintenance and Design, located at Building 2562, Commerce Pkwy Parkway, Unit B, North Port City. The business is conveniently accessible on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 and on weekends from 09:00 to 17:00.Upon reviewing the business's services, I found that they offer a variety of landscaping solutions, including gardening services, landscaping maintenance, and lawn landscaping. Their team is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand their clients' needs, as evident from their excellent customer service ratings. The business has received a rating of 4.5 from third-party platforms, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction. Clients have praised their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. However, one client had a disappointing experience with the sod installation, citing poor quality and professionalism. The business has since responded to the issue, stating that they take responsibility for subpar work and are committed to excellence.Overall, Auge Landscape Maintenance and Design seems to be a reliable choice for landscaping services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality work. While there may be some variations in service quality, the business has a good reputation and is committed to making things right when issues arise. One area for improvement is ensuring consistency in service quality, particularly with respect to sod installation.
