This community center is a great place to visit for anyone looking for a spot to host events. The building has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for everyone to get in. The rent is reasonable, which is a plus for those looking to save a bit of money. It seems like a cozy place, perfect for a party or conference. The location is located in a busy area, which suggests that there is a lot of activity going on around it. The center is also associated with the Auburndale Lions & Lioness Club, which is a well-known organization in the area.
However, one potential issue that stands out is the accessibility features being mentioned as an advantage. There is a contrast with a client's feedback which mentioned that the place is open and available for any kind of events which suggests that despite it being a wonderful place there are people who try to tell people that it's closed.
