This business location has a solid overall rating, with an average score of 4.0. The quality of services seems to be good, with an average score of 3.8, indicating that customers are generally satisfied with the work done by the company's staff. Pricing is also a strong point, with an average score of 4.3, suggesting that the costs are reasonable and competitive. The only notable issue is that some customers have reported long wait times for unloading, with one customer taking over 6 hours to get 13 pallets off. Additionally, there have been instances where drivers have failed to use their blinkers, which has caused some close calls on the road.Overall, the business seems to have its strengths, including a strong team and reasonable pricing. However, there are some areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of efficiency and driver training. With some tweaks, this business could become even more efficient and reliable. Some customers have praised the company's staff, describing them as "nice people" and "amazing." Others have appreciated the company's overnight parking options and fast unloading times. One customer even went so far as to call the company's logistics "excelente."However, there have been some negative comments as well. Some customers have reported issues with driver safety, including instances where drivers have failed to use their blinkers and have caused close calls on the road. One customer even went so far as to threaten to take higher measures against the company due to their alleged lack of concern for driver safety. It's worth noting that the company's website appears to be professional and well-designed, with a clear and easy-to-use interface. The company's phone number and address are also listed prominently on the site, making it easy for customers to get in touch.Overall, this business location has a lot to offer, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of efficiency and driver training. With some tweaks, it could become an even more reliable and trustworthy choice for customers.
