The convenience store at Building 208, US-41 North Street, Palmetto City is a mixed bag. The location is open 24 hours a day, which is a plus, but the cleanliness of the store and restrooms is a major issue. Many reviewers have mentioned finding the restrooms dirty and unclean, with some even going so far as to say they wouldn't dare use them. The staff, on the other hand, seems to be a highlight. Some reviewers have praised specific employees, like B, Rebecca, and Amanda, for being friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond to make customers happy. The store's food options are also a point of contention. Some reviewers have praised the fresh food and coffee, while others have complained about the lack of availability of straws and other essentials. The gas station is also a point of concern, with some reviewers complaining about rude employees and poor customer service. The most noticeable issue, however, is the cleanliness of the store and restrooms. It seems to be a recurring problem that needs to be addressed by the management.Overall, while the store has some nice qualities, the cleanliness and customer service issues need to be taken care of in order to make the store a pleasant experience for customers.
