The building is easy to access from the parking lot, which has designated spaces for people with wheelchairs. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible. I was able to visit the government office inside the building, which seems to be running efficiently. The staff seems to be helpful and responsive. The building itself appears to be well-maintained and clean. The address is located in a relatively quiet area, but still close to the city center. The co-brand with Atlantic Registrar suggests that the building hosts other organizations. The phone number provided suggests that communication is possible through a direct line. However, some aspects of the services provided by the government office could be improved to meet higher standards. The cooperation with Atlantic Registrar seems to be a positive addition, but it also adds some complexity to the operations. The address of the building seems to be well-known and easy to find. Overall, this building is a decent place for a government office, but could use some adjustments.
