This location has shown itself to be a reliable and trustworthy place to find assistance with wireless plans and cell phones. The staff has been praised by customers for being knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Many reviewers have noted that the wait time is minimal and that the store has a welcoming atmosphere. However, there is one area of concern. Some customers have mentioned that the store's hours may not always be followed, which can be frustrating for those who plan their visit around the advertised hours. Additionally, one reviewer had a negative experience with the staff, describing them as "idiots."Overall, this location seems to be a great resource for those in the area looking for cell phone service and plans, but may require some extra planning to ensure that the staff is available when needed.
