The store is a reliable choice for customers looking for wireless plans and a range of phones, devices, and accessories. The sales staff, particularly Cindy, Jennifer, and Jeff, are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. They take the time to explain options and help customers resolve issues. However, the store is not always fully staffed, and on some days, the main gate is closed. The store's phone system can also be slow, causing customers to experience delays. Overall, it is a good choice for customers who want a hassle-free experience.
