Aston Park provides apartments for rent in the Davenport, FL area. The apartments themselves are nice, with features such as stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and a modern design. However, some residents have mentioned that the complex can be a bit noisy, with kids and families making it difficult to relax in the pool area. Amenities at Aston Park include a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a business center, a dog park, and a game room. The complex also offers valet trash service and is wheelchair accessible. Catherine is a standout staff member who has received numerous compliments from residents for her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. She makes the leasing process smooth and enjoyable for residents. A problem with trash is reported from some residents: people are not picking up after their dogs in the dog park area, and there is a lack of equipment in the gym.
