The location, a mental health clinic, has its issues with patient care. One of the main problems is the difficulty in getting timely appointments, with the medical team being present only sporadically. This has led to a situation where one patient's daughter was unable to get a therapy session with a therapist who had a language barrier, and the clinic refused to change therapists despite the daughter's refusal to continue with the current one. The prescribing doctor also seems to be absent frequently, and when present, is not very attentive to patients' needs, leading to misdiagnosis and poor treatment plans. On the other hand, some staff members, like the case manager and the workers under Keshonda Pruitt, are wonderful and go above and beyond to help patients, which is a positive aspect of the clinic. Despite its efforts, the clinic falls short in addressing the needs of its patients, particularly those with complex issues. The only good thing about the clinic is its pricing, which is reasonable.
