This business location has demonstrated excellent service options, including online estimates. The working hours are also quite convenient, with extended hours on weekends. The overall quality of the service has been exceptional, with numerous customers praising the professionalism, punctuality, and quality of the work done. The team at ASP Clearwater is highly skilled and takes pride in their work. Many customers have noted that the owners, Kerry and Lisa, are hands-on and involved in the day-to-day operations, which is a great indicator of their commitment to quality. However, one potential issue that stands out is a case where a customer felt that the company's response to a problem was not satisfactory. In this instance, the customer claimed that the company's acid wash further damaged the surface of their pool, and that the company failed to turn off the hose after refilling the pool, resulting in a significant water waste.Despite this issue, the overall rating for the business is still high, indicating that the positive experiences of the majority of customers far outweigh the negative experience of this one customer.
