Ashton Oaks is a residential community that seems to be well-regarded in Sarasota. The website promises luxury and custom single-family homes, which may be a draw for potential buyers. However, there's limited information available about the quality of construction, so it's hard to make a definitive statement about this aspect.
The community appears to be centrally located, making it convenient for residents. Some reviewers have praised the quality of the homes, noting that every detail shows attention to craftsmanship. On the other hand, one reviewer had a negative experience, which may be an isolated incident. The homes are described as being of high quality, suggesting that Heritage Builders is a reliable choice for construction.
While there's no information about the pricing of the homes, the community's location and amenities may justify a premium. The community seems to be innovative, with a focus on luxury and customization. Overall, Ashton Oaks seems like a promising choice for those looking for a high-end residential community in Sarasota.
One major issue that stands out is the mixed quality of homes, with some reviewers praising the craftsmanship and others being less impressed.
