This storage facility is a great place to store your belongings, but there's room for improvement in terms of quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the storage units themselves could be cleaner and better maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to the highway and ample parking. However, the facility could benefit from more clearly marked signs and directions to the different storage units. The prices are very competitive, especially considering the size of the storage units and the level of security provided. However, some customers have reported issues with the prices not being clearly advertised. One issue is that the storage units can be a bit cramped, especially for larger items. It's not a major problem, but it's something to be aware of when choosing a storage unit.Overall, this is a solid choice for storing your belongings, but it's not perfect. With a bit more attention to quality and customer service, it could be an even better option. The storage facility is well-located and has a wide range of storage unit sizes available. However, some customers have reported issues with the customer service, with some staff members being unfriendly or unhelpful. The facility is secure, with 24-hour surveillance and on-site staff. However, some customers have reported issues with the security measures, with some feeling that they are not adequate. The storage units themselves are well-maintained, but could benefit from a bit more cleaning and organization. This would make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for and avoid any potential issues. One thing that sets this storage facility apart is its innovative approach to storage. The facility offers a range of amenities and services, including climate-controlled storage and packing supplies.
