Ascendia Group is a highly regarded real estate rental agency and consultant located on Ocean Boulevard in Sarasota City. With a strong commitment to professionalism, they provide exceptional service to their clients, whether they are buying, selling, or renting properties. The team at Ascendia Group is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. The agency's women-owned business model and LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere make it an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients. Their office is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. Additionally, they offer a range of services, including online appointments and onsite services, making it convenient for clients to manage their properties remotely. One of the standout features of Ascendia Group is their dedication to providing top-notch service. They take the time to understand their clients' needs and tailor their approach to meet those needs. Whether it's property management, rental services, or real estate transactions, they are always available to offer guidance and support. However, one issue that has been highlighted by a previous client is the importance of clear communication. In one instance, an agent made appointments without checking with the client, leading to frustration and misunderstandings. It's essential for Ascendia Group to maintain open and transparent communication with their clients to avoid similar issues in the future.Despite this minor setback, Ascendia Group has an overwhelmingly positive reputation among their clients. Many have praised their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. With their extensive knowledge of the local market and their dedication to providing exceptional service, Ascendia Group is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a trusted real estate partner in Sarasota City.
