The location on Anise Dr Drive in Sarasota City appears to be a reputable construction business, Artistic Concrete Lifting, a co-branded company with a different entity that also specializes in concrete contractor services. The company's working hours seem to be standard, with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday.
The company's accessibility features, including a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, are available, which is a positive aspect. However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed.
One major issue is the lack of professionalism in some instances, as highlighted by a few clients. There have been instances where clients were not satisfied with the work, and some reported poor communication and a lack of transparency.
Another issue is the quality of work, which seems to be inconsistent. While some clients were extremely satisfied with the final result, others reported subpar work, including uneven surfaces and areas where the concrete did not harden properly.
Pricing seems to be a mixed bag, with some clients feeling that the prices were reasonable, while others were dissatisfied with the costs.
Despite these issues, the company has some positive aspects. A few clients have reported that the staff is polite and courteous, and the company appears to be responsive to client needs.
It's worth noting that there are some limitations to the business, including the fact that it's closed on weekends and does not provide 24-hour services.
Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for clients who need concrete contractor services, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues and communicate clearly with the staff to ensure a satisfactory experience.
