This apartment complex in downtown Dunedin is a great place to call home. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor space, are great perks. The property manager, Sally, is exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy. However, some of the reviews mention issues with the building's management, including a lack of communication and professionalism. One review even mentions a negative experience with the property manager, which is a major concern.Despite these issues, the majority of the reviews are positive, and many residents rave about the complex's location, amenities, and management. The complex has a good reputation, and many people are happy to call it home. One issue that stands out is the lack of communication and professionalism from the property manager in one of the reviews. This is a major concern and should be addressed to ensure that all residents have a positive experience.Overall, the Artisan Apartment Homes in Dunedin is a great place to live, with its perfect location, well-maintained building, and friendly staff. However, there are some issues with management that need to be addressed to ensure that all residents are happy and satisfied.
