This location seems to have its share of problems, despite a relatively modern address on N Armenia Ave Avenue in Tampa City. The staff is often described as rude, and this has been a recurring issue for some clients. While there is a restroom available on site, and the location is wheelchair accessible in several areas, this is not enough to redeem the negative experiences reported.The office has a psychiatrist and a psychologist on staff, and one of them was reportedly helpful in one client's experience. However, this was also the same person who initially prescribed a medication that caused chest pain, and whose office failed to follow up with the client when they called to express concerns.It's also worth noting that the office seems to have issues with communication, as several clients have reported difficulty in getting hold of the staff, and being left hanging after canceling appointments. One client even reported being told that they never called about heart problems, despite leaving messages and trying to re-schedule.Despite its potential, the office is let down by its poor communication and customer service, which may be a major turn-off for potential clients.
