I was impressed with the community's overall cleanliness and maintenance. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the community hosts regular events to help residents get to know each other. The amenities are also well-maintained and include a heated pool, a gym, and a dog park. However, I did notice that the walls are a bit thin, and I can hear my neighbors' music at times. This is the only downside to my experience so far, but overall, I am happy with my decision to live here. The community is quiet and peaceful, and the staff is always willing to help with any issues that may arise. The bungalow-style apartments are also a nice touch, as they provide a sense of separation from one's neighbors. I would recommend Artesia to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live with a community that values its residents.
