This location is an expert in repairing electronics, particularly Bose Wave Radios. They offer a wide range of services, including repair of CDs, radios, and other audio equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of the products they work on. They also offer a variety of features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking, to make it easy for customers to get in and out of the shop. The only issue with this location is that they can be quite hard to reach, especially during their lunch breaks. Some customers have reported having to leave multiple messages before getting a response, which can be frustrating. However, once you get in touch with them, they are typically very responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues. One of the standout features of this location is its commitment to customer service. They take the time to explain the repair process and keep customers informed throughout the repair. They also offer a range of warranty options to give customers peace of mind.Overall, this location is a great resource for anyone in need of electronic repair services. While it may not be perfect, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. With a little patience and persistence, you can get your electronics fixed quickly and efficiently.
