This business has a wonderful reputation, with clients praising the staff for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. The team is led by Brad, the owner, who is skilled and patient. Many clients have received high-quality tattoos and piercings, with some even returning for multiple sessions. The shop has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, making clients feel at ease. One of the standout features is the piercer, Sam, who is described as "phenomenal," "super sweet," and "very knowledgeable." However, there is a notable issue with one client who experienced a miscommunication regarding Arabic language tattoos.
