We had a great experience at Arsenault Dermatology. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor was very thorough in explaining everything to us. The facility was clean and modern, and the waiting time was relatively short. However, we did encounter some issues with the scheduling system, which was a bit cumbersome to use. The doctor and staff were always willing to answer our questions and provide us with excellent care. Overall, we would definitely recommend Arsenault Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist. The reason we're giving 4.2 in quality is that we had to reschedule our appointment twice due to miscommunication with the front desk staff. But when we finally had our appointment, the doctor and her assistant were very kind and attentive. The pricing is one area where Arsenault Dermatology truly shines.
