This office has a good overall reputation, but some issues with its surroundings. The location has on-site parking and is wheelchair accessible, which is convenient for visitors and employees alike. The office itself is located in the Armenia Professional Center, which suggests a sense of community and professional atmosphere. The parking lot has wheelchair accessible parking spaces, and the entrance is also wheelchair accessible, which is great for those with mobility issues. However, the parking lot itself has a problem with trash and a foul smell due to people living in the back flower bed. This is an unpleasant and unsanitary situation that needs to be addressed. The office's web link, http://www.rossrealty.com/, suggests a modern and professional approach to real estate services. The office is a commercial real estate agency, which means it should be able to handle a variety of properties and clients. However, the low third-party rating of 3.0 indicates that there may be some issues with the quality of service.Despite the issues with the parking lot, the office has received positive reviews, such as the 5-star review that simply said "Un cien." This suggests that the office has some redeeming qualities, but the trash and smell in the parking lot are a major issue that needs to be addressed.
