The review of Armature Lake Apartments is mixed. While some reviewers praised the staff, amenities, and location, others criticized the management, maintenance issues, and poor living conditions. Many reviewers reported problems with pests, such as roaches and rodents, and some mentioned that the apartments were infested with bugs. Several reviewers also mentioned that the management was unresponsive and unhelpful, and that maintenance issues were not addressed promptly. On the other hand, some reviewers praised the new management and the improvements they have made to the property. However, the overall rating suggests that the negative reviews outweigh the positive ones. One major issue that stands out is the problem with pests, which has been reported by multiple reviewers. Additionally, some reviewers mentioned that the apartments were not well-maintained and that the management was unresponsive.
