The business seems to be well-regarded by clients, with many praising the skills and caring nature of the acupuncturist, Ariane. The office is also appreciated for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, with staff members being described as knowledgeable and helpful. Some clients have reported significant improvements in their physical and emotional well-being after receiving treatment. There is a sense of consistency in the services provided, with many clients mentioning that they felt results after their first or second visit. Some have even credited Ariane with helping them overcome long-standing issues, such as chronic pain and digestive problems. However, there is one instance of a client feeling unwelcome and uninformed by the staff, which is a notable concern. It is not clear if this was an isolated incident or a recurring issue. The business appears to be well-equipped to accommodate clients, with wheelchair-accessible facilities and flexible scheduling. The location is also convenient, with multiple day and time options available.Overall, the business seems to be a reliable and effective choice for those seeking acupuncture services. However, it would be beneficial for the staff to pay closer attention to client interactions and ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported.
