This place is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable living experience. The complex has spacious apartments with a mix of community areas, which makes it a great place to socialize with others. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to ensure that everything runs smoothly. However, some visitors have reported long waiting lists, which might be a drawback for those who are eager to move in.While some residents have praised the complex for its cleanliness and quiet environment, others have noted that the neighbors in certain buildings can be loud and uncooperative. Additionally, there have been complaints about the maintenance staff, with some residents feeling that they could do a better job of keeping the complex in good condition.Overall, the complex has a good reputation, and many residents have reported being satisfied with their experience. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed, such as the long waiting lists and the quality of maintenance. As for the parking, it's conveniently located on-site, and the complex is wheelchair accessible. However, the one major issue that some residents have faced is the lack of responsiveness from management, particularly when it comes to addressing maintenance concerns. One resident reported having to wait months to hear back about their application, and another resident had to deal with uncooperative neighbors who refused to clean up after themselves.Despite these issues, the complex has many positive qualities that make it a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and safe living environment. With a little bit of patience and flexibility, residents can enjoy a pleasant living experience in this complex.
