The business location at Building 5473, Bartow Rd Road, Lakeland City has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had positive experiences with the luxury custom homes offered by Kensington Homes, Inc., others have reported numerous issues and a lack of professionalism. Some customers have praised the company's attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. They have also appreciated the collaborative approach taken by the staff, including Ken and AJ, who work with clients to fulfill their objectives. However, many others have expressed disappointment with the company's performance. Some have reported problems with warranties not being honored, issues with defective products, and a lack of responsiveness to concerns.Despite some glowing reviews, the overall rating for this business location is 2.6 out of 5. This suggests that while some customers have had positive experiences, many others have been let down by the company's lack of attention to detail and commitment to quality. One major issue that stands out is the company's lack of professionalism and responsiveness to customer concerns. Many customers have reported difficulty in getting issues resolved, with some even going to the police to get problems addressed.Another issue is the company's tendency to make excuses and blame customers for problems. This has led to a significant amount of stress and frustration for customers who have tried to work with the company.Overall, while Kensington Homes, Inc. may offer some beautiful custom homes, the company's lack of professionalism and responsiveness to customer concerns makes it a business to approach with caution.
