The team's communication skills are also praised, with several clients noting that they were kept informed throughout the construction process. One area for improvement is in dealing with customer complaints. A few clients have reported being treated poorly or feeling bullied, which may be a concern for potential customers. However, it's worth noting that this is a minority of reviews, and the company seems to have taken steps to address these issues in recent years. The company's pricing is competitive, with many clients feeling that the value they received was worth the cost. Their design center is efficient, and their team is happy to work with clients to bring their visions to life. One issue that stands out is the potential for bait-and-switch tactics, with one client reporting being presented with a last-minute addendum that gave the company a blank check to increase costs over the course of the project. This is a serious concern, and potential customers should be aware of this risk.Overall, AR Homes is a solid choice for those looking for a custom home builder. While there are some areas for improvement, the majority of reviews suggest that they are a reputable company that takes pride in their work.
