Their clients have praised their friendly and knowledgeable staff, who provide detailed information to help customers make informed decisions. However, some clients have mentioned that the business could improve by offering more flexible appointment times and weekend options. The company has a structured process, with a wide range of products and options available. However, clients have noted that the choices are limited in certain areas, and it's essential to investigate the brands, colors, and materials before making decisions. One of the issues is the limited flexibility in appointment times, making it challenging for clients who live out of the area to visit during work hours.
