They offer delivery services, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Some customers have reported minor issues with defective products, but the company has been responsive and helpful in resolving the problems. In one case, the owner, Reid, was initially unhelpful and unresponsive, but this was an exception rather than the rule.Overall, Aquatell is a trustworthy and reliable business that provides excellent products and customer service. However, potential customers should be aware that there may be occasional issues with defective products, and it's essential to carefully read and follow the instructions for installation and maintenance. One notable issue is the lack of physical store location and the reliance on online communication, which may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, some customers have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the owner, Reid, when they needed help with a problem.Despite these minor drawbacks, Aquatell is a well-regarded business that is worth considering for customers looking for high-quality water treatment equipment and excellent customer service.
