The business operates out of Building 1642, 38th Ave E Street in Ellenton City, providing services such as pressure washing, paver sealing, and paver stripping. They have a website at http://aquablastpros.com/ and can be reached by phone at +19412127239. The business offers onsite services and online estimates, and is open on weekdays and Saturdays. The overall customer experience appears to be positive, with many customers praising the quality of work, professionalism, and value received. However, one customer had a negative experience, citing that their plants and grass were damaged during a roof cleaning service. It's worth noting that the owner of the business takes responsibility for communicating the risks associated with soft wash roof cleaning, but seems to have made a mistake in this case. While the business appears to have made efforts to rectify the situation, it's unclear whether they provided any form of compensation or support to the customer.Despite this issue, the majority of customers have reported high levels of satisfaction with the business, citing excellent service, quality work, and reasonable prices. The lack of a comprehensive warning about the potential for plant damage may have contributed to the negative experience, highlighting the importance of clear and transparent communication.Overall, the business seems to have a strong reputation for providing quality services, but may benefit from refining their communication processes to ensure that customers are fully informed about potential risks and outcomes.
