Aqua Sprinklers is a reliable company with a strong reputation in the lawn sprinkler system contractor industry. The business is located in a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it easily accessible for all clients. The working hours are convenient, with consistent operating hours from Monday to Friday and Saturday, but it's worth noting that they are not open on Sundays. The company's commitment to quality is evident in the high ratings from satisfied clients. Many reviewers praise the team's professionalism, punctuality, and value for money. Matt, one of the team members, stands out for his honesty and ability to provide cheaper options without compromising on quality. However, there are some concerns about pricing. While most reviewers find the charges to be fair, one reviewer was charged an unexpectedly high amount for replacing a single sprinkler valve, leading to a poor review. Another reviewer experienced issues with the office not answering or returning calls, and was charged for travel expenses. One major issue is a problem with overcharging for services, with one reviewer being quoted an unexpectedly high price for a simple replacement. Additionally, there have been complaints about poor customer service, with one reviewer being left on hold and another experiencing issues with the office not responding to calls. Overall, Aqua Sprinklers appears to be a solid choice for those looking for reliable lawn sprinkler system services, but it's essential to carefully review the pricing and services offered before making a decision.
