This sports and fitness location, AQUA PRANA SUP YOGA & MEDITATION, is situated in the heart of Tampa. The business offers paddleboard yoga and meditation classes, making it a unique and interesting destination. One of the notable features of this location is its accessibility, providing a wheelchair-accessible parking lot.The experience can be quite relaxing, as mentioned by a satisfied client who had a great time paddle boarding and appreciated the wonderful experience provided by the instructors. However, there seems to be a problem with communication and refunds, as one client had to wait for six weeks to receive a refund for a cancelled class and only learned about the cancellation on social media.A refund issue has not been resolved yet. It's worth noting that this business has a strong co-branding, being referred to as Aqua Prana SUP Yoga & Meditation. The overall rating for this location is 3.0, indicating a neutral experience for most clients. To improve their service, it would be beneficial for the business to work on their communication and refund policies to ensure that clients feel valued and informed throughout their experience. The address of the business is Building 5620, W Cypress St Street, Tampa City, and can be reached by phone at +18134461026. The website is https://www.aquapranasupyoga.com/.
