I visited this condominium complex located on the Golden Gate Point Street in Sarasota City. From the outside, it looks quite modern and well-maintained. The building has on-site parking, which is a convenient feature for residents and visitors. The complex is also wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are suitable for people with mobility issues.The location seems to be a great spot, as it has a beautiful view of the water. However, there is one major issue that needs to be addressed. The building still looks like it needs some work, especially considering it's a relatively new construction. One of the clients mentioned that the construction company failed, which may have led to the current state of the building.Despite the initial impression, I was pleasantly surprised by the positive feedback from other clients.
